STUDIO POLICY
WE HAVE NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL SERVICES & WE DESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND ANYTIME!
We ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 min late, we reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
No guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent makeup procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio and coffee shops where you quest(s) may wait for you to complete your appointment. No exception.
No food in the studio allowed.
No children or anyone under 18 years of age allowed in the studio per state tattoo laws.
No cell phone use during procedure. May use during break.
You must be 18+ to get permanent makeup. A valid ID is required at the time of your service. If you do not have a physical valid ID, we cannot proceed with your appointment and a new deposit will be required to book again.
A deposit is required for all procedures!
You will receive a text few approximately 4 days prior to your appointment. You must confirm your appointment a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed at least 72 hours before the are scheduled will be cancelled due to no confirmation. Please respect artist time and other clients time.
In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so on this website or by giving us a call, any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to connect with us to make any changes to your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
You must plan ahead and make sure you can schedule your touch up appointment within the necessary time span.
All results will vary per person depending on their skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure and medication taken before and aftercare.
Please view CONTRAINDICATION LIST for the services before booking. If you schedule your appointment and have one of the conditions listed, I will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited.
PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP
If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed or microbladed from another technician and you interested in cover-up, you must inform me before booking your appointment. Please text 323-767-6460 a clear photo of your brows and get an approval BEFORE booking an appointment. Isabelle Franco Ink Esthetics cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and must be approve that your eyebrows are workable,
