STUDIO POLICY
WE HAVE NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL SERVICES & WE DESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND ANYTIME!
We ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 min late, we reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
A deposit is required for all procedures!
You will receive a text few approximately 4 days prior to your appointment. You must confirm your appointment a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed at least 72 hours before the are scheduled will be cancelled due to no confirmation. Please respect artist time and other clients time.
In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so on this website or by giving us a call, any time up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to connect with us to make any changes to your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
